After a complete renovation, IL RISTORANTE TRUSSARDI ALLA SCALA offers a new informal, elegant and glamorous setting, in keeping with the Trussardi 1911 style. Guests to IL RISTORANTE TRUSSARDI ALLA SCALA are placed at the centre of the experience: the restaurant draws inspiration from the cosmopolitan, urban atmospheres of our world today. With a monumental golden wall as the backdrop, guests can relax in comfortable armchairs with a delightful panorama of Piazza della Scala or in a more dynamic setting in the centre of the room on round tables. Both the kitchen and the cellar are open view to involve the guests of the restaurant in a unique experience. In the kitchen Chef Andrea Berton researches for each dish the maximum quality of taste, using the most advanced techniques: “Experimentation and research always have to be serving a single goal: transmit our passion to the clients. My cuisine is clear and direct, and based on balance: any element of my recipes are defined and understandable, they do not disappear within the course.” (Chef Andrea Berton) The cellar presents more than 600 labels, including the most prestigious wines from all over the world.
